Acceptable Use Policy

Content and conduct that are prohibited on the Platform, and the consequences of breach.

Last updated October 17, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to all use of the Platform and forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to Clients, to Talent and to visitors.

The prohibitions in this policy are drafted broadly and are to be read according to their purpose. Conduct that achieves a prohibited result by a means not expressly listed is prohibited.

2. Prohibited content

Material in which you do not hold the necessary rights, including music, footage, images and typefaces you are not licensed to use.

Sexual material involving a minor, and any sexual material involving a person who has not consented to it. Material of this kind is reported to the competent authorities and is not merely removed.

Material that incites violence or hatred against persons by reference to a protected characteristic, and material that harasses or is intended to degrade an identifiable individual.

Material intended to deceive, including forged documents, fabricated reviews, impersonation of a real person or organisation, and material designed to pass as a genuine record.

Material that is unlawful in Lebanon.

3. Prohibited conduct

Disclosing, or attempting to obtain, the identity or contact information of another party to an Order, by any means.

Soliciting or accepting any arrangement to conduct an Order, or to make or receive payment, outside the Platform.

Abusing, threatening or degrading Vercity personnel, Talent or Clients. Firmly expressed dissatisfaction is not a breach of this clause; abuse is.

Withholding work or payment in order to obtain anything beyond the agreed terms of the Order.

Using more than one account, or another person's account, to obtain a benefit available once per person, including a first-video refund or redo and a friend-code reward.

4. Platform integrity

You must not probe, scan or test the Platform or its infrastructure, attempt to circumvent any access control, or attempt to access data that is not your own.

You must not use another person's account, and must not use automated means to place Orders or submit applications.

If you become aware of a security vulnerability, please report it to us before disclosing it to any other person, and we will work with you on it.

5. Additional obligations for Talent

You must perform the work yourself. You must not subcontract an Order and must not deliver work that is not your own.

You must not retain, reuse, publish or display a Client's Source Material or finished work, including as portfolio material, without the Client's written permission.

You must not retain copies of Source Material after an Order has closed.

6. Consequences of breach

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the breach: the submission is rejected; the Order is cancelled and refunded; fees for the affected work are withheld; or the account is suspended or closed.

Serious matters are reported to the competent authorities.

7. Appeals

Where you consider that an enforcement decision was incorrect, you may write to appeals@vercity.online. The matter will be reviewed by a person.
